“Safer Internet Day is coming on 5th Feb 2019! It is a day to promote the safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile devices, especially among children and young people. Together for a better internet. Bear in mind that online life is real life!

SID 2017 and 2018

On the safer internet day in 2017 and 2018, Save the Children, being invited by eHelp Association, participated in a roundtable meeting with other stakeholders coming from the internet industry, non-governmental organizations and scholar of local universities, for discussing the matters related to online child sexual abuse. An online platform for combating child protection concerns had been established and launched by eHelp Association in September 2018 while Save the Children is one of the founding members.
